Finserve Nordic AB is a mutual fund company and authorized manager with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The company was founded in 2006 and distributes Nordic Factoring Fund, Finserve Micro Cap Fund and Finserve Global Security Fund. Finserve strives for a diversified and holistic portfolio strategy.
Finserve Nordic AB is under the supervision and control of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, with permission to conduct activities including management of UCITS, AIF, discretionary portfolio management (LAIF/LVF), and investment advice.

Max Bergström has about 3 years of experience from the financial industry, mainly in alternative investment funds. Max has a bachelor's degree in philosophy with a focus on international business
RESPONSIBLE COMPLIANCE (LAW FIRM DLA PIPER)
Alf-Peter Svensson mainly works with regulatory-related issues within the agency's group for regulatory issues. He has more than 25 years of experience from the financial sector and has worked as a banking lawyer as well as general counsel and compliance officer.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Per-Anders Tammerlöv has been CEO at Mangold Fondkommission since 2006. He has extensive experience in the financial sector and, in addition to being chairman of the board of Finserve, is also a board member of the industry association Föreningen Svensk Värdepappermarknad (formerly the Swedish Stock Dealers' Association). He is also chairman of the board of Resscapital AB and KredFin AB as well as board member of QQM Fund Management AB, Nowonomics AB, Riddargatan Förvaltning AB and Aggregate Stockholm AB.
COMMISSIONER
Christer has 30 years of experience from the financial market, during most of that time he has worked with fixed income trading in Sweden, Switzerland and Luxembourg. During his career, Christer has held several leading positions, e.g. as head of bond trading at Handelsbanken, CEO at Prebon Yamane in Stockholm and CEO at RP Martin in Stockholm. Christer has an economics degree from Umeå University.
COMMISSIONER
Ulrica has a degree in economics and has over 20 years of experience in marketing. Among other things, Ulrica has worked as Brand Manager at Ford Motor Company Sweden, Market Manager at Mercedes Benz Sweden, and Head of Marketing at BANCO.
Ulrica has also worked as Marketing Director in the area of Financial Institutions of Corporate Clients at ABN AMRO Asset Management and as Head of Group Brand and Strategic Marketing at SEB.
Ulrica is currently marketing director at Combitech Sweden.
